He immediately responded and remedied the problem as well as inquiring further as to why we were looking into the value of our home. We had been planning on selling and hadn't decided on a sellers agent yet. He offered to come by and give us a value of the home and how to go about the selling process. He was honest and forward and up front; which is something I highly respect. He was confident from the start that we would sell our home in a respectable amount of time. He gave us a list of what to do to get our home show ready . We followed his direction and we prepared for the open houses. He scheduled and open house every weekend and within a month we were under contract!! Adam kept in touch regularly and answered all of our questions and helped ease our concerns. I am very sure we asked a lot of the same questions repeatedly, but he entertained them and continued to ease our worries. He walked us through the entire process and stayed in close contact. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and very aware of what the market is doing. He has honesty and integrity and is very dependable. He cares about not only helping to sell your home but he cares about you. He cares to make sure you understand how the process works and will do whatever it takes to get you through. He was accommodating with our needs having pets and 2 small children. I'll be honest, this process is hard and stressful, BUT having Adam be so understanding and receptive to our needs made it so much more bearable. THANK YOU ADAM!!!!

The guy works his tail off for you, and was a big part of the process for us every step of the way during a difficult concurrent purchase/sale. He also managed to have them pull it off the market moments before they were going to have their first open house! I do not know how he did that? Adam has amazing contacts that can benefit any buyer/seller. His broker was incredible. He basically performed an act of magic when my original loan fell through with my previous broker. Adam was able to help my after my move as well, by providing leads to a roofer, handyman and plumber. His door remains open should I need any other referrals down the road!
