Absolutely the best experience I could have asked for purchasing my property. Adam was thrown head first into my plan of purchasing an off grid property with very specific needs on a very specific budget. Not only did he put up with my constant calls he found another agent to finally market and sell my current home that was not in his licensing (a manufacturered home in a park). He was also available for advice and took everything in a logical and positive approach. Since the property was beyond the normal parameters of a typical purchase he was never beyond reaching out to others with advice without sharing any confidence we had. I have known and worked with many real estate professionals in my past and I can honestly say I have never met a more honest, intelligent, and genuine professional in this field than Adam.

My partner and I had a fantastic house hunting experience working with Adam and ended up finding a home that was perfect for our needs. Going into it, we did not really expect to find a home so quickly that checked all the boxes we were looking for. Adam was extremely patient with us, never made us fell pressured through the process, and was always well informed, and quick to respond to all of our many questions through the whole home buying process. He helped us orchestrate a competitive offer that helped us win the bid on our new home. This is my second home purchase and I cannot recommend Adam more highly as an agent to have by your side in the real estate business.
