Adam is the person you want by your side through the home buying process. I came to Adam with a low budget and a seemingly impossible wishlist. Adam was courteous, professional and knowledgeable right from the beginning. He never once judged me or made me feel like my budget was too low, or my hopes too high. He really listens to your goals and needs and then he delivers. Adam works hard, is very driven and really puts his best foot forward for his clients. He is 100% on your team and really wants you to succeed. When showing homes, Adam is very knowledgeable which saved me a lot of time and money when it came to determining whether or not to put in an offer. Simply put, Adam is the best ally you could ever choose when it comes to real estate. Adam is a fantastic communicator, extremely efficient in what he does and was flawless throughout the entire process.

I had the pleasure of working with one of my buyers on one of Adams listings! He was available to communicate late in the evenings and on a weekends when needed. He negotiated very professionally and respectfully on his clients behalf and presented our offer in a timely manner which allowed us to secure the deal! Throughout the whole process Adams communication was one of the best I have experienced and he was willing to assist with navigating through some bumps in the road! I definitely would be honored and look forward an opportunity to work through another transaction with Adam!

Working with Adam made our house buying experience so enjoyable!! Each house walk through we did with Adam he was very informative, thorough and always followed up with us if we had additional questions about the houses. I am thankful to have had Adam Sahd with Coldwell Banker as my realtor through my first home purchase. During the whole purchasing process I have been mostly living out of state which has created challenges. However, Adam continued to work to make the purchasing process as seamless as possible for me.
