Adam was an incredible help and we could not have bought a house without him! The market is super rough right now but Adam made it really easy to navigate. He is extremely knowledgeable on how the market acts and he knew exactly what kind of house we were looking for so we didn’t waste any time looking at houses we weren’t going to love. Adam would go out if his way to work all day/night to make sure that our offers were the best they could possibly be and that we were making the sellers interested. Further, every bit of paperwork was handled by Adam and all we had to do was wait for an email from him to review and sign papers because he did all the heavy lifting. There were no surprises during any of the process and everything from searching for houses to closing on the one we eventually chose was completely painless and quick. My wife and I highly reccomend Adam Tiffany for any/all of your real estate needs!
