Adela is an absolutely amazing realtor! She confirmed the time of the house showing less then an hour after we requested it and even proactively came to see the property early so that she would be well versed when showing it to us. Once we decided to make an offer, Adela walked us through every single step. She recommended what we should offer and helped us to secure closing costs being paid for! She was always completely on top of everything and helped ease our nerves during multiple hold ups from the sellers. She made the buying process fun and was consistently there for any question or concern. She came to the inspection and even Facetimed us during it! Adela will absolutely help you find your dream home and will work hard to get you the best possible price on it! Adela is not only our realtor but now a great friend!

Look: I know what house buying is all about. I have bought several houses in my lifetime, so I know how it works, and what real estate professionals do, how they work, etc. I'm a tough person to impress. So what I have to say about Adela Hollar should carry some weight.

Adela Hollar is, without a doubt, the smartest, most tenacious, most client-friendly real estate professional you could ever hope to work with. She is responsive to her clients and actually LISTENS to what they need and want. She is warm, professional and highly organized. If you email or text her, a response comes back in minutes, at all times of day and on weekends. It is a bast understatement to say Adela is laser focused on her clients and getting them what they need and want--you become the center of her attention, a rare outcome you have to experience to fully appreciate.

She's special. But that's only part of what sets Adela apart. Listen up: she FOUND us an amazing house that wasn't even for sale. No, Adela is dedicated to the point of knocking on doors on a weekend to see if anyone's selling in your preferred neighborhood. And this generous and kind couple was, and Adela found them, and we're closing the deal. I can't tell you what a gem Adela is, short of telling you about this experience and asking you, isn't that the kind of service YOU want?

So many realtors perform in that superficial way we all recognize; they're not listening to you, really. Oh, they put on a show but it's just that, a show, and you end up being talked into something or settling, and you vow that next time will be different. With Adela, it's already different. We must have looked at 30 homes--we're picky, though I prefer "particular." And Adela never got frustrated or annoyed, never acted like we were wasting her time. She is warm and friendly and honest and professional, and what you see is what you get.

I could go on: will the Internet ever really run out of space? I'll close with this: if there's any justice in the real estate world, Adela Hollar will have a client list a hundred miles long. She's that good. But don't take my word for it: try it for yourself. But make sure you think to yourself, "that random guy on Google sure was right about her." I am right. Adela's that good.

Adela Hollar is more than a knowledgeable and conscientious realtor who represents her clients with integrity and verve. She is a creative problem solver who truly goes "above and beyond" to get families into their dream homes.

For us, that meant that she spent a weekend literally *knocking on doors* in the neighborhood we had set our hearts on. We had been looking for months, and each choice had been not quite right. We were under a time crunch in our current living situation and getting increasingly concerned that we would have to abandon our home search altogether. The few homes on the market in our dream neighborhood were like Goldilocks' first two choices - just not quite right. Adela was determined to find the *right* home for us. She spent a weekend knocking on doors in our dream neighborhood, asking homeowners if they had considered selling. She had one "maybe" - a homeowner who was willing to meet her buyers, and *maybe* consider doing a private sale.

Adela carefully nurtured that little flame of opportunity - following up, but not too aggressively; setting up a meeting, and a showing of the home. With Adela's help to close the loop on negotiations, the homeowners quickly became sellers, we became buyers, and we had a pocket listing of a beautiful home, in our dream neighborhood, that hit all of the top hallmarks on our checklist for our new home! Adela worked with the sellers to accommodate our tight time window, and smoothed out every aspect of the sale process - from inspections to financing to closing. She has truly been a partner and adviser at every step of the process, and was willing to go the extra mile to find our home, and make it ours.
