We met Adrian when we didn’t even know where to start. He referred us to the same person he used and told us that she was good at what she does.

It took us about 1.5 years after we first met but we finally did it, and if it wasn’t for how dedicated Adrian was to helping us we wouldn’t have got to say we are homeowners.

He drove all over for us, just for us to end up back in the same neighborhood we were looking in 1.5 years ago.

To be honest I can never thank him enough for all he did to make this happen.

Not only did he drive everywhere for us, but he also helped with getting the repairs done on our house, when the seller couldn’t get someone out here in time to get it approved.

Adrian is by far the best and I would work with him again any day buying or selling!

Adrian is our hero! He not only helped us sell our old house, he helped us buy our new home! He was so kind, professional, helpful, and easy to work with. We had a lot of doubts about doing all of this in a pandemic, but it happened! Adrian does not disappoint! He goes to bat for his clients and does all he can to make sure everyone wins and I appreciated that! His patience was so appreciated and he kept us fully apprised every step of the way. He was open to any and every question and no question was a dumb question. I can easily say that we will definitely try working with Adrian again when and if we sell this house and look for a new one! He is top notch and you won’t be disappointed!

He was very professional yet still personable while showing and navigating the negotiation process. Document signing was pretty seamless. He stayed very engaged and showed he truly cares throughout the whole process. He has checked in a couple times to see how things are going since closing too. Definitely someone we would recommend working with.

My husband and I love Adrian! Even though we had each bought a home before in a previous marriage, this seemed like the first time buying a home because it was together and it had been many years. Adrian Gonsalez was always by our side during the process of looking for a home. He has such a positive attitude and always has a smile! He listened to what we we were looking for and made us feel like we were his only clients. When the process was almost done, some issues came up and we almost didn't get the loan. We listed with him in winter and by early spring we had multiple buyers. Adrian was always available by phone, text or in person with feedback on showings, market updates, and problem solving with a "what can I do for you" attitude.
