Like many in real estate, this is a second career for Adrian. His passion for working with purpose and his gift for connecting and building relationships led him into the real estate world in 2016. Adrian believes being a great agent is one part artist and one part analyst. Adrian lives in Lake Oswego in the Birdshill neighborhood with his wife and twin girls. When not working, Adrian enjoys pursuing his passion for competitive running and cycling. Adrian is passionate about investing in the community and is heavily involved in several local sports programs through his children and Meals on Wheels and received Lake Oswego’s Unsung Hero Award in 2021 for his work in the program. Before real estate, Adrian held various sales and sales leadership roles within the sports footwear and apparel industry.

Originally from South Carolina, Adrian moved to the Northwest shortly after college, via a brief stint in Texas, before landing in Portland in 2001. Adrian has adopted the Northwest as his home and cannot see himself anywhere else.

Adrian is the real deal when it comes to realtors. Having this be my first time in the house buying process I was very nervous and had a lot of questions. Throughout my expereince with Adrian he was always on top of every detail, added humor and fun when visiting every house, provides un-bias and professional inputs/opinons when reviewing homes and made sure my Husband and I felt comfortable and confident in every step throughout our home buying experience. I felt at ease everyday knowing Adrian was always on top of what was going on in the market and constantly in sync with my needs and questions. Knowing everyday you have a realtor that is equally invested in wanting to find you the perfect home and not just any home was a breath of fresh air in these crazy times. I am forever grateful for Adrian and all of his help and recommend him to anyone looking for a house. He is easily the best in the market and it shows. I will continue to always use Adrian as my realtor!

Adrian provided us with invaluable assistance in our search for our new home - after moving from out-of-state. He and his team listened to our needs and were able to provide the appropriate context and perspective to guide us through the search and buying process. They offered strategic insights during the search and offer process, which allowed us to be confident in our purchase.

Worked with Adrian as the listing agent. Adrian’s data led approach combined with a wide network and great marketing was initially what set him apart. Passionate about real estate with an obvious desire to have the process be as “fun” as it can be. It’s a fine line that suits his style as well as moves the process forward.

Every transaction has its challenges, our experience was he had great anticipation of what these challenges may be as well as solid suggestions and options. A great calming and results focused advocate who encouraged brainstorming.
