I highly recommend Adrian to anyone looking for a realtor! With his help we closed on our home in record time. He is very personable, patient, and overall it was a great experience working with him. He knows the market very well and all the ins and outs of everything else that comes with real estate. Adrian was awesome to work with! Kept me updated on everything that was going on. I didn’t know anything about short sales therefore Adrian was very straight forward on the whole process. He was actually able to sell my property sooner then I thought and for a higher price then originally estimated. A short sale requires a lot of patience and even though I felt overwhelmed at times... Adrian always assured me things would work out ok. Overall my experience with Adrian was excellent! If I ever decide to buy a home again I would definitely work with him again.
