She has established 19 years record of successes specializing in Multi-Family, further she has formed and currently operates Real Estate Group Investments as well.
Rita has received numerous awards and nominations including “Achiever’s Award”, “Colliers Manager Award” and “Women Who Mean Business” in 2012 by the San Diego Business Journal.
Rita has distinguished herself by building strong relationships with her clients by offering her personal extensive experience and knowledge in the apartment industry as an owner herself.
Working primarily in the San Diego market, her focus is on the procurement and disposition of apartment buildings. Rita is also proficient in condo conversions and syndications. Her commitment, dedication and professionalism have earned her transactions valued at more than $600 million.
Born in Portugal, Rita was raised in Spain. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Mrs. Lancaster-Hannah earned her Associates degree in Global Fashion Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in Los Angeles. She has also completed several CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) courses, including Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; Group Ownership of Commercial and Investment Real Estate; and It’s a Whole New Business.
