He made our first home buying experience such a positive one. We are grateful for the time and effort he put into walking us through the process. Ahmad is the man! We were referred to him by my mom, who had already had a great experience buying her first home with him. Our experience was just as good.

He has incredible attention to detail and leaves no stone unturned. Really nice to have an agent willing to fight for you. While looking at homes, he saved us a few times by uncovering serious issues that we might have otherwise missed. In one home we nearly put an offer for, he helped identify potential mold that was apparently painted over in the basement. The owners were clearly hiding existing water damage! We seriously dodged a bullet.

The house we landed on was in a town we didnt think we could afford, in our budget, and ticked every box on our wishlist. I dont think it gets much better than that. Selling our old house was also just as smooth after the move. Highly recommend Ahmad!

I was a first-time home buyer and had no idea of the process and steps involved in a home purchase. I was overwhelmed trying to find homes and what to look for in the homes that I found.

I soon realized that I needed a very experienced realtor that would know all of the questions and answers regarding the homes I reviewed and the processes in making an offer on the home that I chose.Fortunately, I found Ahmad Rozegar and from day one, he made me feel very comfortable as he walked me through the processes of home selection and purchasing. He helped me to set high, but not unrealistic expectations for my dream home. He was very proactive in providing me housing options and made me feel at ease with eyes wide open throughout the entire process from start to finish.

When I found my dream home, there was already one offer on it and they were going to decide that night. Mr. Ahmad and their associate agent helped convince the owner to wait until the next afternoon to make a decision, so we could submit our offer. Mr. Ahmad helped me to figure out the best way to position my offer and what price to go in at to give me the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one. I now enjoy this beautiful home and I'm very grateful for all of Ahmad's time, experience and professionalism in making my dream of home ownership, a reality!
