My wife and I just worked with Aimee to purchase our first home and we were very pleased with our experience! Aimee did an excellent job sending us houses for us to consider and also booking appointments to tour houses with us.

At one point we decided to change the region for our house search to almost an hour from Aimee’s office and she gladly stuck with us and showed us houses on several different days in that new region.

Aimee did a great job of talking with us about the pros and cons of each property we viewed and was available after normal business hours and on weekends. When it came to putting in the offer on our house, Aimee did an incredible job of building a relationship with the seller’s agent and ultimately the sellers which was a key reason why we won the offer over the other 15 that were reviewed!

Aimee is professional, understands the market well and will work very hard to help you win. She is also funny and patient and in a crazy market, those are characteristics you will really appreciate. We would highly recommend her!

As first time home-buyers, we were so appreciative of Aimee and her team from the beginning of our home searching process through the very end. Aimee has been in the industry a long time and seems to know all the right people. She is savvy, attentive, always quick to respond, incredibly hard working, and well-connected. Her ability to navigate relationships was key to us getting the house we wanted. We are very grateful for her guidance and negotiating skills, and we don't think we would have gotten the house we wanted after only 3 months of house searching if it weren't for Aimee and her team. Aimee also referred us to a great lender who was able to do a super speedy close (16 days). We highly recommend working with her team - thanks for everything Aimee!

I've bought three properties now and sold two in the last 6 years. That's a decent sample size. I have to say I have not experienced anything like Aimee and her team. Better than my experience at Redfin and Keller Williams. It's a service-level that is so high, it frankly makes everyone else look bad.

Aimee really fought for me. Saw more potential in my home than others did, outlined what was important and what wasn't so I can compete and save money at the same time. Had her own dream team of contractors to fix the house, haggled on my behalf to make sure I was saving, and supported us all the way through until closing.

She knows the market, gave great advice for asking price, celebrated with us, and in the end I felt really good handing over a house in tip-top shape to the buyers while getting a very good price for my home.
