As Founder, CEO, and Designated Broker for Elpis Real Estate Boutique, Aimee focus is on relationship building, becoming a trusted advisor for the clients she serves long after the transaction has closed. She founded Elpis — named for the Greek Spirit of Hope — to provide creative, actionable guidance for clients, no matter their individual circumstances.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Michigan, Aimee spent many years in corporate sales until a venture into investment properties led her to real estate. Since 2001, she has put her analytical and problem-solving skills to work for clients throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and the surrounding areas. Her ability to combine an astute investor’s eye, my passion for design and her joy for this business allows her to create optimal outcomes for buyers, sellers, and homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area.
Aimee has chosen to see real estate as a craft, with each client, home, and situation unique, therefore she combines her expertise and empathy to craft solutions ideally suited for each client’s specific needs. By keeping a focus on continuing education, leadership proficiencies and technology she has grown Elpis into a brand they can be proud of and use its resources to empower their agents, staff, and community.
Aimee other passion is health and wellness. As a cancer survivor, she is a proponent of wellness from within and strive to feed my mind and body “good stuff.” Her health challenges made her realize that balance in life is so important and she tries to model this for her team.
There is a quote by Lisa Nichols. “Your job is to fill your own cup, so it overflows. Then you can serve others, joyfully from your saucer.” Aimee believes this.
Aimee’s current personal goal is to learn more about sustainable gardening. She follows a plant-based diet so the idea of growing much of my own food is exciting! Aimee is also an avid traveler and have visited far flung places from Madrid to Morocco and beyond.
