Aimee Derylo

Aimee Derylo has always had a passion for real estate—buying her first home at 23 and her first new construction at 28. Even as a child playing “house,” she was most excited about setting up the home. After earning her MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Aimee built a successful career in marketing and advertising, grounded in consumer behavior, negotiation, and sales analytics. In 2010, she turned her lifelong passion into a thriving real estate career in DuPage County.

Aimee holds multiple designations, including ABR, SRS, PSA, RENE, and BPOR, and has consistently ranked as a multi-million dollar producer. She’s been recognized as a Nextdoor “Neighborhood Favorite” and a top 15% agent by Homesnap. Aimee also contributes to the industry as a leader and trainer, and currently serves as Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, helping uphold the integrity of the profession.
