Aimee was a pleasure to work with. She worked closely with us through every phase — staging, negotiations, inspection details, and even helped with our move! Our situation was complicated as it coincided with the COVID shutdown and we were out of town, but Aimee helped us through it, going above and beyond to take care of details that we normally would do but couldn’t. She marketed our property creatively and even contributed some of her own items to help us stage! I would recommend her to any and everyone!

I met Aimee 4 years ago. I immediately felt a connection to her. She is a kind, beautiful, caring, hard working person. I consider her a good friend. I have owned 12 properties. From day one, Aimee has gone way above and beyond what any other real estate agent, I have ever worked with, has and as a friend, I am truly grateful to her for everything she has done for me. The antique house I purchased, turned out to be quite the project from start to finish. Aimee was there throughout the 4 years, generously helping me get through each stage of the process, including giving my son and I a place to live for a month. I could not have gotten through what I went through w/o her. When the house was finally under contract, I was out of state under Covid lock down. Aimee, in my place, did everything including but not limited to, meeting with inspectors, workers, picked up and dropped off many iterations of plans required by the building department, and checked on the house frequently, etc...She is a saint! I can not say enough about her and words cannot express how grateful I am to her.

Aimee and Deborah are wonderful to work with! Both have great ideas and are well organized. I had my condo on the market a few times in the last 5 years with no offers and then I met Aimee , she listed my condo earlier this year for rent and sale . she gave me a lot of ideas to get the property ready to be listed. She Suggested cleaning out the clutter, adding items for staging. Deborah suggested refreshing kitchen with a cleaner look , to a white kitchen. I have to say , it all worked out . I had multiple offers and couldn’t be happier. But most of all Aimee and Deborah get things done , We had many obstacles selling my home and They always found away. Aimee and Deborah had my best interest. I would recommend them to anyone.
