⭐Aisha is the absolute BEST!!⭐ Our previous realtor, who helped us buy our home and had since relocated to another state, referred us to Aisha to help us sell our home. Aisha is an exceptional realtor. I sold my home in 1 day above the list price and closed in 30 days!! While the market conditions were certainly favorable, I think that the easiness of the process (which certainly reduced my anxiety) and ultimately the final price were a result of Aisha’s efforts. In addition to having an engaging personality, she is a consummate professional who took the time to walk me through each step of the process. She understood the local housing market. She made recommendations to help me improve curb appeal and told me what changes I needed to make to best showcase my home, both of which reflected her attention to detail and understanding of buyers preferences. She even brought in items to stage the home. Also, because Aisha had an extensive network of contacts—handyman, landscapers, roofers, chimney sweeps, appliance repairmen, etc.—I was able to have repairs and renovations completed quickly. In selling our undeveloped property, Aisha accomplished for us what seemed impossible. After deciding not to build on a piece of land we purchased, my husband and I felt stuck: at least three realtors turned us away and the land sat while we contributed to pay on it. After I met Aisha socially and began following her social media, I couldn’t stop thinking that her enthusiasm and genuine excitement for real estate might be exactly what our project needed. I took me awhile to get up the courage to ask again for help, but boy, am I glad I did! We did some renovations on a property that took a few months to complete . We contacted Aisha very early in the rehab process. Aisha checked with us monthly as well as making several good recommendations for items we had not addressed. When it was time for the listing she set up props prior to the photographer as well as being there to make sure the pictures would show well. She also set up an Instagram video which was extremely good. In the end we received 3 full price contracts the second day the house was on the market. She was always responsive to our contact, making sure we felt like a priority, not just another client. She gave us amazing recommendations for other professionals we would need throughout the home buying process. She is an expert on the local area and showed us neighborhoods that we didn’t even know existed but were exactly what we were looking for. Aisha listened to us when we talked about what we wanted, which was probably very confusing because we were all over the place. I am so grateful to have been paired with the best real estate agent Hampton Roads has to offer.
She has the knowledge, willingness, and professionalism that is necessary when selling our house built in 1932! Of course our house is charming, but it’s a tough sell. Aisha’s marketing ability made my “diamond in the rough,” sparkle.
As an out of state seller, Aisha really l meant it when she said she was only a phone call away. Even with our 3 hour time difference Aisha did not hesitate to pick up the phone or call back when as soon as she was available.
Especially when it came to home repairs. Since I am 3,000 miles away, I was unable to coordinate or meet with any contractors. Aisha was able to coordinate with her amazing team of contacts. The team was able to fix, renovate, and paint all my needs. Our group coordination was seamless and done virtually. As someone with painstaking anxiety, I always felt that I was in great hands.

Aisha was my realtor for my recent purchase of my first home. She was referred to me by a mutual friend. Aisha Perez was my realtor for an investment property that my husband and I purchased a little while back. I was a bit nervous at first but she set my mind at ease!
