I've worked with AJ on two different searches, one of which I was out of state while he was helping me.

AJ could not have been better to work with. He was accommodating, worked quickly, and proactive with insight into the market and property managers. He was helpful, too, with extracting details from properties that otherwise weren't forthcoming with information.

He's a professional and an asset, and I'd recommend him 10/10 times.

I have hired AJ Dobson of Kale Realty for multiple real estate transactions. While I had a rental property, AJ assisted with locating quality tenants to occupy the property in a reasonable amount of time. After I decided to sell my properties, AJ also assisted with their marketing and sale. Things that I really appreciated about AJ were his professionalism, being able to consult with him as to initial pricing and bargaining throughout negotiations, his responsiveness to my inquiries, and his ability to keep me on track when I needed reminders. I was an absentee landlord and seller, and in a number of instances AJ went above and beyond my expectations to make sure the transactions stayed on track and were completed. I would recommend AJ for anyone's real estate or rental needs, without reservation.

He answered all my calls and all my questions. He organized all the visits by location and we were able to view and find our new apartment in 2 days! He’s amazing!
