Hello, my name is AJ Lape and I’ve been a real estate broker since 2012. Prior to my real estate career, I spent a decade in the Navy, and some time in commercial construction as well. Most brokers don’t offer these things at all, and if they do they tend to be add-ons. But for me they are no exceptions; this is a standard of practice. What am I referring to exactly? Hiring in interior designer to give you staging tips, having professional photos taken, getting a 3-D walk-through done of your home, aerial drone shots and flyover videos (if large property), and targeted marketing on Google and all social media platforms for a start.
