I have used a number of Milan's services recently for my properties in the South Bay, including refinancing. I refinanced my townhome and Milan made it SOOO much easier than in the past. Akee was knowledgeable, friendly and was up front about some repairs I had to do to make the process easier. I have seen some agents simply push everything through quickly in order to get the commission, but Akee made sure things were done the right way which, coincidentally, made the process smoother. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the market and refinance process really helped.

Not only will I use Milan for all my own South Bay real estate activities, but I continue to refer Akee to anyone looking for quality, straight forward real estate services.
