I have worked professionally with Akilah for approx 7 years and highly recommend her. Akilah has overseen the management of multiple rental properties that my company owns. During our RFP, We interviewed many vendors, and decided to move forward with Akilah. What impressed us is her knowledge and experience of properties, property maintenance, Chicago condo association and the law and she also came to us with many recommendations.

Over the past seven years, our company has been doing business with Akilah, she has always been professional, reliable, and trustworthy. She goes out of her way to service our properties, after hours, and on weekends.
