Al did a great job at estimating the fair market value of our home and assisting in preparation for selling. He did a lot of preparation/research and has a good handle on the value of homes in the South Holland area. He was always available to answer any and all questions. He kept us in the loop regarding the progress of showings and contracts and status of the sale.
Will recommend Al to anyone interested in selling and/or buying a home.
