She lived in Tuscany for 20 years, and served as marketing manager for a German hair care company in Florence. Additionally, she sold large sculptures and other artwork to dignitaries around the world, including the late King Hussein of Jordan. For the past 20 years, Traute has lived in Sarasota, where she has specialized in selling waterfront properties.
