About Alan

I started my Real Estate Career in 1989 as a Licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson, and received my New York Associate Broker's license in 1992, working for Century 21 Alliance in Wappingers Falls, NY. In 2023 I moved to Orlando Florida and received my Florida Real Estate Associate Brokers license, working for Century 21 Coastal Alliance in Palm Harbor, FL. Both Century 21 Alliance and Century 21 Coastal Alliance are owned and managed by the same broker/owner, creating great continuity between Real Estate offices in NY and FL.

I have always cared for the people I have a responsibility too, having a reputation for attention to detail, and getting things done. I consider each of my Real Estate clients important to me personally, and expect the highest of performance from myself to their interests. My wife Jenny is also an Associate Broker with Century 21 Alliance in New York and Century 21 Coastal Alliance in FL. She speaks Spanish fluently which is a great help to many of our clients. Together we make a great team for both buyers and sellers in NY and FL.
