Alan Cosby graduated from the University of Iowa and got his start in real estate in 2009 working as an assistant in a real estate firm that specialized exclusively in the sale of foreclosed properties. In 2010 he obtained his real estate license and was named the Chicago Association of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” for his accomplishments in his first year of business.
