Alan has always been drawn to real estate. He has over fifteen personal transactions under his belt spanning both residential and commercial projects. He is managed the construction, permitting and design of a variety of projects including many years spent renovating and restoring his own old homes.

Having owned and operated businesses across multiple industries, Alan brings a unique enterprising spirit with him to Fruh Realty. His patient and calm demeanor combined with his resolute and hardworking approach that are an asset to both buyers and sellers.

A keen sense of family and a commitment to creating places where friends and family can gather is a priority for Alan. He and his wife moved to the North Shore area twenty years ago and have spent the last fifteen in a 200-year-old farmhouse which they have lovingly renovated and restored. They have spent those years raising five wonderful children along with chickens, goats and Saint Bernards.

In his free time, Alan also enjoys cooking, boating and travel.
