Alan Feder

Alan loves helping others. He works hard to listen to his client's needs and focus on helping them achieve their real estate goals. He collaborates with buyers & sellers of all types: first-time home buyers, empty nesters, growing families, folks looking to sell one home & buy another, relocations and more. His approach is that of a consultant. He provides as much information as possible to help his clients make the best decisions possible. He is a relationship-based person and many of his clients are now close friends. He really appreciates that aspect of his work. He is an avid outdoor person. He enjoys cycling, running, backpacking, alpine skiing, XC skiing and rock climbing. He enjoys visiting the many Wisconsin State Parks and National Forests, not to mention the 1000's of lakes he has in his state. If you are new to the area or looking for a new activity, he can point you in the right direction. When he’s not showing homes, listing homes or writing offers, he is usually spending time with his 10-year-old daughter and dog, Juniper. She is a 2-year-old Aussie Shepard/Blue Heeler mix. Other hobbies include cooking, guitar, reading, volunteering & coaching soccer.
