My dad was a farmer. Where he farmed, strong allegiance existed between neighbors. Families would band together and help each other in times of need. As a kid, this struck me as the way things should be between all grown-ups, especially if I had any say. Well today, I do have a say. That’s why I founded Crosswalk Properties -- to help people in their time of need.
I am committed to being a friend in the business. We begin by navigating clients through the due diligence on their house to answer a whole lot of questions. This is not a typical process that my clients go through every day and information is critical to making good decisions. From this point we have a custom plan to help them accomplish their objectives including: helping them move, spruce up the place, inventory their items, complete a successful estate or garage sale, place their belongings in storage or many other things that make it easier for them during this time.
