About Alan
Buying or selling a house is no easy task. Among the many skills necessary for success are possessing current market knowledge, having excellent communication skills, being resourceful, utilizing superior negotiating techniques, having an eye for detail, and certainly patience.
Hello, my name is Alan Lurie. I am proud to be associated with Century 21 Mack Morris Iris Lurie Realtors in Marlboro Township, New Jersey. I believe that I possess those skills along with the many other attributes and characteristics required to meet the challenges of today’s real estate market.
Having retired from the NYC Board of Education as a special education teacher in 2009, I immediately secured my license as an Associate Realtor within the state of New Jersey. Since that time, I have had the privilege and opportunity to work closely and on behalf of my clients, as they either sold, purchased or rented residential or commercial properties.
As a realtor, I recognize the necessity of providing the education and guidance that my clients need, as they navigate through the buying or selling process. I will suggest and facilitate, when needed, the names of trusted related professional resources, such as lenders, real estate attorneys and inspectors. I understand the importance of keeping a close eye on each stage of the transaction, always being proactive and readily available to my clients. I frequently act as the liaison between all parties, which is often essential in bringing about a successful and timely closing.
Having lived in both Marlboro and Old Bridge nearly 50 years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge that extends to all Central New Jersey.
As a realtor, my greatest pleasure is derived from seeing my clients realize their goals. I am proud to have earned Quality and Pinnacle Quality Service Awards from Century 21 in recognition of my expertise, diligence and dedication, as recognized by my clients.
Make no mistake, the satisfaction I derive today as a realtor is quite different than that of being a special education teacher. But at the end of the day, it’s always about doing the very best I can for those I serve.
