Alayne grew up in Berks County, attending Wilson High School. Go Bulldogs! She graduated from La Salle University in Philadelphia with a degree in Business Management & Marketing and then received her MBA from Alvernia University in Reading.
Alayne has always had a love for real estate, purchasing her first home in West Reading, PA at the age of 23. When she met her husband Todd, she agreed to move to his hometown of Lititz, PA, thinking eventually she would convince him to relocate to Berks County. But then she fell in love with the Lititz charm. They recently moved to the Newport Square neighborhood where they enjoy hitting the trails with their Golden Retriever, Riley.
Alayne received her real estate license and joined The (Liz) Egner Group in 2013 and has enjoyed helping dozens of families buy and sell their dream homes in both Berks & Lancaster Counties. Her previous background in retirement living sales & marketing has certainly come in handy.
In her spare time, Alayne enjoys running, working on DIY & building projects around the house. She is a member of Greater Reading Young Professionals, Lancaster Area Express Network (a local chapter of the American Business Women’s Association) and serves on the events committee for Venture Lititz, a non-profit supporting economic growth in Lititz. She previously served on the Boards of Breast Cancer Supports Services of Berks and Greater Reading Young Professionals and was the Class President for the 2013 Class of Leadership Berks.
