I just closed the sale of my Alexandria condo (yay!) and had an outstanding experience with my real estate agent, Albert Bitici. He was unbelievably proactive, a straight shooter, deeply knowledgeable about the local market, and always quick to respond. He communicated clearly every step of the way and patiently fielded my endless “What’s the plan now?” questions.

Working with Albert was a joy, and I can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone buying or selling in the DC area.

Albert was fantastic to work with! His knowledge of Falls Church and the Hillwood neighborhood and his track record for selling homes quickly at or above market price was what attracted us when we needed to sell our home. He then exceeded our high expectations throughout the selling process! He made all of the right recommendations to prepare our home for sale, coordinated all of contractors, and did a great job in staging our house and generating attractive photos and marketing material. All of this resulted in over 70 groups coming to see our house once the listing was live and led to several competitive offers within the first week, all above asking price. We couldn't have been happier with the result and I would highly recommend working with Albert if you have a home to sell in the area. You won't regret it!

We could not be happier with our experience working with Albert to buy our home. He went above and beyond our expectations in helping us find the right property and made himself available 24-7 to answer questions, which were numerous as we were first-time buyers. His first priority was finding us the right home and we never felt pressured or that he was pushing us to purchase. To the contrary, he gave his honest opinion on several properties we saw and never hesitated to tell us if he though a place was not a good fit for our family or was overpriced. We have been looking to buy a detached single family house in Northern Virginia area in 2021.
Albert has been great and we would highly recommend him if you are looking for a real estate agent. In a nutshell:
1. Albert knows the area very well, and has an excellent grasp for neighborhood, general trends, price and value, and is able to leverage this to make any buyer (and presumably renter and seller) save an enormous amount of time by focusing on the right criteria and general parameters. This was invaluable to us not knowing very well the area
2. Business approach: Albert is very transparent in how he looks at opportunities, and will put your interest first and not leave money on the table. This was a concern of ours as is natural given how agents are compensated
3. Last but not least, Albert's interpersonal skills and general personality makes a huge difference when interacting with sellers and agents in terms of building a relationship, gathering information, and increasing the likelihood of a deal being struck.

To sum it up, a nice, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and business oriented realtor who will add value in your process and make it easier for you.

Moving out of a home of 25 years and preparing it for sale is both an arduous and emotional experience. I can't imagine having done this without Albert Bitici at the helm. Albert guided me at every step and took care of every detail. His guidance on the appropriate details to give my home a fresh look for resale were totally en pointe. The walk-through video, photos and brochure he produced were absolutely first class. I first met him when he was showing another house on my block in Falls Church (I think he has sold/handled 3 or 4 houses on my block alone!), and was just immediately impressed. As a first time home buyer, Albert was very patient and understanding with all my questions. At no time did I feel particularly pressured by anything other than the very real fast pace of the local hosing market in general. He was available and prompt at responding for a wide range of hours with no prior notice. After closing, he was still as available and even helped me cut a lock that had been left on my storage unit with no key available.

If you have made it to this page, look no further; Albert is the absolute best agent we could have wished to work with. Albert goes above and beyond for his clients in every way. He was a great sounding board while we were in the early stages, trying to determine which areas we wanted to search for a home. He was available on the drop of a dime when we saw a house that we were interested in, and even did a walk through the first day our home was put on the market so that we would have as much information to determine what we wanted to do, without us having to miss work. Albert was active in communicating with the listing agent to ensure that we knew all of the useful information and made sure that we were kept updated. Once we had an offer accepted, Albert did not stop working for us. Albert knew there were a couple of updates that we wanted to do on the house, secured a sellers credit in a sellers market, and then actively suggested and connected us with wonderful companies for the various work that had to be done. Albert is just one of those guy who ‘knows somebody’ which is extremely useful for us, as first time homebuyers who knew no one. As Albert told us when he was vacationing with his family and we were still bothering him with questions about our closing, “it might sound corny, but I love what I do.” And trust us, he means it.

NOVA residents: We can’t sing our incredible realtor Albert Bitici ‘s praises enough! We got left in a jam with our old house (selling to a friend) and Albert came to us with a game plan + guidance to get our house on the market-dressed back up, made repairs and had it listed within 3 weeks. Albert is an exceptional realtor, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to rent or buy, particularly in the Falls Church area. While we were living outside the United States, we were seeking a rental property in Falls Church, and so sought a realtor who could identify options, visit them himself, and then communicate with us remotely. From our initial exploratory conversation through his visits to properties, lease negotiations, and helping facilitate our settling into the house and the area, he was thoughtful, detail-oriented, and highly sensitive to our specific situation. He is a great listener; given that we were depending on him for a lot, we had no problem trusting him to do the legwork and evaluate options on our behalf. His knowledge of the area and the market was particularly critical in our situation, as we were unfamiliar with Falls Church and not physically present at the time of the search. He was patient during our search, and always easy to contact, providing prompt and measured counsel on all the issues attendant to our search and our move-in. Albert is thoughtful, proactive, and detail-oriented. Within moments of meeting him at an open house, he had a unique path set out for our individual buying and selling needs. He guided us through the home sale prep/reno/staging/negotiation process like an experienced, forward-looking project manager would. He has a well thought-out process and real world experience renovating houses which was evident as he assembled a variety of competitive bids for quality work in the house he sold for us. He’s an experienced renovator, which more than came in handy as our house needed a bit of work to be in tip-top shape to get the highest price (which it did, in record time).
