Albert Picchi

Al is the former President of Howard Hanna Real Estate in Upstate NY where he was responsible for over 2,000 sales assocaites and on average more than 20,000 transactions and $5.0 billionin in sales volume on a annual basis. Al has an MBA and is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB). He has been in his real estate since December 2001 and was hired as the Vice President & Regional Manager for the Capital Rergion of NYS. Prior to that was the Senior Vice President & Senior Lending Officer for a local bank, and spent 17 years in banking prior to his real estate career.

Al is the current Chairperson of the Cohoes Savingss Foundation which supports the Greater Capital Region community by giving to orgainzations that meet it's mission.

Al continues to maintain his real estate license with Howard Hanna and is happy to help you with your real estate needs, whether selling or buying.

Currently Al is enjoying spending more time with his wife Darcy, two daughter, Rachael and Nicole and his friends.
