I got in contact with Alec in August of 2023.
I decided after 25 years and three children, that are grown, it was time to transition into the empty nest phase of my life. 😞
The decision didn’t come easy, but it was the logical thing to do. At times I’m sure it took a lot for Alec to keep me in line with the important things, and getting them done.
He was really patient throughout my grieving process lol We finally listed it on November 26, 2023. I had a showing, the first day that it went in the market. One at 10 AM, and another showing at 5 PM and by 6 PM I had an offer!!!!! . I was shocked, and panicking at the same time yet I was excited. We accepted the offer and on January 19, 2024. I handed my keys over to a place I called home for 25 years to a seemingly nice young couple who will make their own memories now
. I still struggle from time to time because I’m human. We all miss what’s familiar to us, but this is a time for me to start a new journey and a new chapter. I couldn’t have asked for a more prompt, organized, efficient, kind, understanding, patient human being to be my realtor and to help me transition. Even when I tried to be negative at times just because my emotions were getting the better of me, Alec stayed positive, and cheerful, and excited, I appreciated that!!! I can’t thank him enough, and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. it helped a lot to have somebody in my corner who had compassion and who understands sometimes things although, change is a part of life, we all have to go through it.
I’m just glad I had Alec!
After my house was sold I got a surprise package in the mail and it’s a beautiful. I think it’s a watercolor painting of some sort of my home and it looks absolutely absolutely stunning and it’s the way that I will always remember my home. It wasn’t much to some people, but it was a lot to me, I will cherish this photo forever. Thank you again. !

Both of them were helpful and understood what we were looking for in a house, with their knowledge we were able to find a place that fit us perfectly. I cant tell you how amazing every interaction I have with Alec is. From how he goes out of his way to personally connect with all of his clients to how he has a keen eye for what your needs are in buying or selling your home. He really goes to bat for you and makes it happen. I recently sold and purchased a new home, and had some pretty specific needs having two huskies and being ready to buy a home that required less up front labor and investment in renovating like my first home did.
Despite the process taking a year, Alec was with me every step making sure I had what i needed, and not rushing me into buying a home that did not fit my needs. Alec, you are truly one in a million and i cant wait to work with you again.

I recently purchased a home using a VA loan. The lender I was working with connected me with a realtor (for a discount in interest rate) this was the realtor prior to Alec. Things did not work out with that Realtor due to her location. This was months into my house buying process, and I had already started to feel a little burnt out and discouraged given the current competitive market. After my first Realtor and I parted ways; I was reassigned Alec.

Alec was quite frankly a breath of fresh air. He was optimistic but also realistic. He gave me the reassurance I needed at the time, and helped me find my dream home. I was sure the house we looked at would not be attainable given my budget and how competitive the market was, but he helped me write a fair offer (and had some tips for how to appeal to the seller). I was thrilled when we found out the offer was accepted!

We ran into issues just about every step of the way after the fact. From the appraisal to closing. This was due to the type of loan and my lender (not Alec). Alec however advocated for me every step of the way. He took charge of things that he could control and was quick and efficient about it. If it wasn't for Alec; I know that I wouldn't be sitting in my dream home right now. He saved me money, time, headaches, and even convinced the lender to take additional money of what I owed when they mistakenly miscalculated what was needed for closing. He was nothing short of a superhero, and I am truly grateful that he came into the picture when he did.

TLDR: Alec is awesome, he saved me money, he helped me get my dream home in a really crazy market

Absolutely the best! Alec was referred to us by a friend and we are SO grateful to have found him. Right after speaking to him he immediately hit the ground running- sending us links for properties in our price range and getting showings lined up. Alec Roth helped us sell our condo in 3 days time. He also helped us find and purchase a great single family home in a very challenging market for buyers. Alec's responsiveness was the fastest of any professional I have ever worked with or observed. No exaggeration - I don't think he ever took longer than 2 minutes to respond to a text or email from us. I just double checked our text stream with Alec to make sure I'm being accurate about this - all of the timestamps from his texts were either the same minute or the very next minute from when our question posted, and there were a lot of questions from us! Incredible! As sellers, Alec offered us a fantastic value. His commission was the standard 3.5%, but he hired an amazing team of professional real estate photographers and a staging consultant at his own business expense to help our place show the best that it could before he ever made a dime from us. As buyers, he was willing to go out and see multiple places with us in a day, sometimes scheduling showings for us the same day we requested them when possible. He wrote offers quickly and offered great advice about how to make our offers appropriately competitive in each situation. Alec has en expansive knowledge of home repair costs - he can give accurate estimates on how much it would cost to fix a certain issue in a property you are looking at because he has recently helped another client with something similar. Alec also has an extensive network of real estate related professionals that he can recommend to save you time and money. We went with his suggestions for mortgage broker, TISH inspector, home inspector, Title company, and roofing contractor, and we were pleased with the work of all of the professionals he recommended. Alec is a real estate star! You would do well to use him for your next real estate transaction.
