We met Alee at an open house at Queen Anne. After a quick chat, we knew that we want to work with him. He is very professional, responsive, willing to spend time to understand our needs, but never tried to pressure us to do anything that we weren't comfortable with. Alee guided us through every single step to sell our property, helped us to arrange the painting job, electrician, cleaning work. He was there to make sure everything is perfectly done that without any hassles. Most importantly, Alee remained in constant communication with us during the entire closing process.

After that, Alee helped us to purchase an off market home in this crazy market. He was always available for home tours and always here when we have questions. Alee is on top of things to make sure we were successful in the whole process of home purchase.

Alee is absolutely an amazing agent, I'd highly recommend Alee for anyone!

Alee and team were a dream to work with! Could not recommend him more – especially because I live out of state and relied on him to coordinate and manage all aspects of the sale! He was proactive from the start of our first conversation and was always on top of any situation that arose. I worked with him to sell my condo in Fremont in June 2021 which was a tough market for condo sales. I previously had my condo rented and my tenants were leaving so I transitioned the property from my property management firm to Alee. He was calm and focused throughout the process that involved several frustrating issues with the property management firm. Alee always had the bigger picture in mind and was able to coach me through to the end. The stager he recommended did a beautiful job highlighting the most important features of my place and the photographer captured all the right angles! We had several conversations around listing timing and pricing strategy and he was very insightful in guiding me to the right spot. We listed the condo early one morning and he spent all day fielding calls and showing people the unit which lead to lots of interest and multiple offers. He and Melissa skillfully navigated the offers and we went into contract that evening!! INSANE. He was able to network his way around into figuring out that there was another unit in my building coming on the market the day after I listed and I’m so thankful we had that information to work around. During the closing process, Melissa was a champ at working through a few mixups on the resale certificate with my HOA. She smoothed everything over and we are moving forward with a 21 day close! If you are looking for someone who has a great network in the area, hustles to get the job done and has immense knowledge and experience selling in Seattle – look no further!!

Buying a home is a stressful experience especially for first time home buyers. As first time home buyers, we met Alee at an open house in Queen Anne. Due to the pandemic, we later held of our house search and Alee stayed in touch with us the whole time. We always wanted to work with someone who was knowledgeable, paid attention to details, was affable and maintained good communication. We can confidently say that this aptly describe Alee. Once we were back looking for the house, he set up time with us to help us understand the home buying process. He was very quick to schedule multiple house visits we were interested to see. Once we found our perfect home, Alee was quick on his feet to sync up with the sellers and helped negotiate a great property we will now call home. He made the process smooth and stress free. He is great to work with and was able to find answers to all our questions. With his help we found our home and we cannot thank him enough. We would not only work with Alee in the future, but will also highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Alee is the BEST in this industry!

We met one open house in Queen Anne and after quick chat, we just knew he will be our friend. He never pushes, but confidently delivers his strategy and strength. We have met so many agent in open houses who would like to work with us, but Alee was simply outstanding in communication. And his communication is not just for clients' comfort - it really shines when it comes to buying process. We were able to buy our dream house under the listing price. We didn't have competitor at the moment of review date, but that doesn't necessarily mean that we can get the discount. At the very exact week, my friend failed to buy house under the listing price even though there was no competition at all. Same situation, but different result, and a good agent is who makes that difference. His communication with seller and close team work with lender (I also highly recommend Petros from Cornerstone!) make the difference. He has great network with contractors, also a big plus. We will definitely go back to him when we need trustful real estate agent.

Being a first time homebuyer caught up in such a ridiculous market, I've lost 3 offers before a friend referred me to Alee. Alee immediately scheduled a call with me, and patiently walked me through everything I should've but didn't know. I listened to his advices and got all my questions answered. In 5 day, he successful helped me put another offer in for a off market home and won it with terms that gave me the most benefits! We worked with Alee Spring 2021 to find a home in the Seattle/East side. Our offer recently got accepted in Issaquah/Sammamish area and is now in the process of closing to get our first home. Alee’s been a fantastic partner/guide for us and we are really thankful to haven him as our realtor especially in this hot seller’s housing market.

*How we met Alee:* We met Alee at one of the open houses in Queen Anne last fall 2020. From the first conversation, we could tell that Alee was very open, transparent, professional and has great attention to details so decided to work with him to buy our first family home. We weren’t ready to buy home at the time and kept in touch with him via email & text until we were fully ready to start.

*Total duration*: From Jan-Feb 2021, Alee and we looked at total 30+ houses together and had put in 3 offers and got the house at our 3rd offer even though our offer was not the highest offer.

*Communications*:
I think where Alee really shines and goes above and beyond is his communication skills, networks, and his proactiveness.

With us - Because we were first home buyers, we knew NOTHING about the whole process but Alee was positive and very patient and walked us through every step of the way. Alee was very flexible with us in terms of the communication style & frequency. For our first “serious” meeting, we talked through zoom video chat and looked at houses together via screen. When we found a house that we wanted to visit, we simply texted Alee and he coordinated everything for us. For more urgent matters, we talked through phone. Alee is very responsive and super easy to reach out to 24/7. Also, I feel like Alee always reads our mind and is looked 10steps ahead of us and coordinated everything for us, which made our life so much easier. (Talking to seller’s agent constantly, scheduling pre-inspections, etc)

Offer process - Alee never pushed us or had us go somewhere we were uncomfortable. Alee had a great strategy and was transparent with us throughout the whole process.

With sellers agents - He was supper proactive & fast with reaching out to the seller’s agents and talking to them to build rapport and get information on the house that we were interested in. For example, After seeing house A and driving 10mins to see house B, by the time we got to the houseB, Alee was already on call with the seller agents of the house A and had bunch of information for us. He’s very respectful & genuine for everyone (including us) and I think the seller agents see that in him too.

*Network*: Alee has great networks that includes lenders, house inspectors, other agents, etc. When we were looking for lenders and house inspectors, Alee gave us some recommendations (never forceful) and we’ve been super satisfied with all of his recommendations. All of his recommendations were high-quality service, super easy to talk/reach out to. Alee also was able to show us some off-market house due to his great network.

met Alee at an open house when I was just starting my house hunt. From the moment I met him he was responsive- sending me a quick follow up email and asking more about my search. I am a little picky so it took us about 8 months to find something I liked. But throughout the whole process Alee was kind, patient, and offered great advice. Alee is a fantastic realtor! Alee was recommended to us and we are so glad we went with him because he helped us close our first home in a hot north shore market and that too from among 35 competing offers! I would also like you to know this was the first home we gave an offer to. So, that in itself demonstrates his capabilities and experience as a realtor in the Seattle area. I think the key to his success is that he takes a personalized approach to everything he does. I believe, over the years, he has developed good relationship with many realtors and lenders in the area. So, once we showed interest towards a home, he used his network to get all the information we needed to make informed decisions. This greatly reduced a lot of uncertainty from the process. When we started becoming serious about a home (the home we closed), he started working tirelessly to make sure the seller knows that we are a serious buyer and again, provided his personal touch to ensure we are on the top of the mind of the seller. I strongly believe this increased our odds of getting the home. He guided us through the entire process of closing and advised us strategies that is likely to win you a home. We LOVED working with Alee. He is extremely responsive no matter the time of day; we could call or text at any time and he would immediately reply. There were multiple times where we wanted to see homes and Alee was available and met us at the home within a couple hours. When working with Alee we really did feel like we were his only clients and he was hard at work for us. As first time home buyers in an extremely hot market, Alee made us feel at ease and was always patient and never rushed us (although he would express urgency if the situation called for it). Alee also clearly has great connections in the Seattle area as he was able to get us a same day inspection on a Sunday, a great contractor to walk through a home with us on a weekday evening, and even showed us a couple off market opportunities.
