Meet Alex Ann, a Dallas native and the youngest of four siblings. She grew up in the city and attended Highland Park High School. Initially starting her college journey at Texas Tech University, she eventually obtained her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Real estate runs in Alex Ann's blood, as her father has had a longstanding career in commercial real estate and her mother excelled in business development at a title company. Drawing inspiration from her family background, she embarked on her own real estate career seven years ago. Starting as an assistant at Benchmark Title, she swiftly transitioned into business development and marketing roles. Alex Ann's fresh approach to the industry incorporates innovative marketing strategies and creative utilization of social media, resulting in remarkable success.
One of Alex Ann's greatest strengths lies in her ability to forge instant connections with people. Her outstanding communication skills, combined with her extensive knowledge of the local area, exuberant energy, and unwavering enthusiasm, empower her to consistently deliver exceptional results for her clients in every real estate transaction.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Alex Ann finds joy in spending quality time with her beloved dog, Cleo. She actively serves as a committee member for Elizabeth Toon Charities and remains actively involved in her church community. Alex Ann also enjoys being part of the Bible Study Fellowship. As a lifelong follower of Texas Tech athletics, she passionately supports her alma mater's sports teams. Additionally, she cheers for the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars, and indulges in her love for all things Bravo and HBO. During the summer, you can often find her at Possum Kingdom Lake, while in the fall, she loves relaxing on a patio with a glass of wine. Alex Ann cherishes her close-knit bond with her 17 cousins on her mother's side of the family. Her enneagram type is a 6, known as the Loyalist, reflecting her innate sense of loyalty, commitment, responsibility, and need for security.
