I recently was fortunate to have the opportunity to have Alex as both my buying agent and selling agent as I first bought my new home in SW Florida and then sold my old home in the Orlando area.
What else can I say other than Alex is the best! Alex has a top notch work ethic and he will not be out-worked by other realtors. He drove over an hour just to meet me at a house I was interested in viewing (and ultimately ended up purchasing). His real estate knowledge is very impressive while his communication and responsiveness is exceptional. In a seller's market, he managed to help me buy my new house under asking price! And on the flip side, his strategy on pricing my Orlando house for sale really paid off for me as the asking price was higher than most online estimates and ended up enabling me to accept an offer $25,000 over our asking price. This company. cleaned my rugs so good it looks like brand new carpet!! They also went above and beyond then what was expected, there was a paint spill and they came up with a solution and offered to fix it. I called them at the last minute and they were able to service me within 24 hours. I will always use this company. Very very happy!!!
I forgot to add honesty, Alex was absolutely very professional and responsive and reached out to the management company and the management company immediately took care of the situation!! Nothing is more impressive then someone making sure the correct people get the gratitude that deserve s it!!! Thank you for your honesty and for always checking in with us to see if you can do anything for us !
