I had the pleasure of working with Alex both buying and selling a home. When selling my home, Alex was very professional and detail oriented in obtaining comparables, suggesting improvements and beautifully staging the house so that I could get the best price possible for the house. When buying a house Alex listened carefully to what I wanted and needed in a place and was tireless in helping me find the perfect place. He was a pleasure to work with, always looking after my best interests and going above and beyond in all aspects.

I have known Alex Fernandez for 20 years, in business and personal contexts.

As a home inspector I have seen Alex deal with customers in many ways and find him to be professional, personable and caring of his clients' interests. It seems to me that Alex believes in the Golden Rule. I like that.

I would give him five stars.
