Alex was amazing to work with on selling our home. He was always honest and upfront about everything. It took us a year to finally be able to sell but he stuck with us and he made it well worth it when he was able to get it sold for way more than we ever expected! We began to work with Alex Nakamoto in March of 2021 to help us sell our property in Seattle, Washington. Alex was recommended as a person we could work with in the sale of our property. My husband and I were hesitant to work with someone we don’t know, but we decided to try.
From the beginning, Alex was such a genuine, understanding, such a kind person as well as professional with us at all times. He treated us with respect, listened and understood what we wanted to accomplish. It was his quality approach that we truly appreciate and will not forget.
He always made himself available to us and we felt comfortable with him in our conversation. He quickly became our top family advisor and we put our trust in him! He is also extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market and came to several meetings well organized and prepared with research or suggestions. Alex kept us informed every step of the way and it was phenomenally easy and pleasant to work with him. Our property sold just one month later and there were several offers! We were so pleased with the outcome and process of painlessly selling our home.
Based on our experience and knowing Alex has our interest at heart, we felt we could count on him and desperately wanted him to help us buy property on the North end of Seattle. He kindly accepted our offer, even though it’s farther away from his business operations. He worked with us and helped us find our family home in practically no time again. During the buying of the new home, Alex was also always responsive and positive in his approach. He helped set realistic expectations and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We were able to achieve our goal of buying another property under a month again, which is practically impossible in today’s market. We couldn’t accomplish all of these wins without Alex!

Both my husband and I feel we are lucky to meet Alex! He is a phenomenal person, pays attention to every detail, transparent and absolutely treats others with so much compassion and respect. A true professional! We are now in the process of finalizing our closing procedures for the house and can’t wait to move to our new property! We hope that this is our final destination, but if we ever decide to move in the future Alex is our primary go-to family contact.

Our home buying experience with Alex was excellent. He was communicative in all correspondence whether it was phone, text or email, punctual to all showings and meetings and knowledgeable in properties and locations. He is relatively new to real estate but that doesn’t make him inexperienced, it makes him eager and hardworking. He made himself available to us during all days and hours of the week which we appreciated. Every listing we shared interest in he was quick to book a showing and very flexible with our availability. Trust is huge when it comes to buying a home and Alex is a realtor that has out trust. We absolutely LOVE our new home!

Alex was absolutely amazing during the whole home buying process. My wife and I had been looking into getting our very first house for a long time.
From beginning to end Alex and the rest of his team made sure that we understood the whole process. They explained everything thoroughly (sometimes multiple times) and never once had a bad attitude about it. Alex never put pressure on any part of the process, he was very adamant that we never settle. Buying a house is obviously a very huge purchase and he wanted to make sure that there would be no regrets. We looked at over 20 houses and he had a smile on the whole time. The first 19 or so houses weren’t exactly what we were looking for and we said it didn’t work, he said “Good, don’t force it to work just because you want in a house. The right house will come we just need to find it” and that meant a lot to us. He worked tirelessly for us and it showed. The line of communication between the three of us was fantastic we all knew what page we were on at all times, and again if it didn’t make sense to my wife or myself, Alex would slow it down and clarify it for us.
When it comes to buying or selling I will only use Alex and his team. Anytime I hear one of my friends thinking about buying or selling I give out his info.
