Thanks for caring enough to see what mine are. I didn't just "back into" being a real estate broker, I went to UNC-Chapel Hill for the specific purpose of learning how to market and analyze properties. I earned my BS in Business Administration in December of 1972.

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission awarded my Brokers License #28505 in 1972.

Many folks know what a CPA is. Not everyone knows that there is a Certificate in Management Accounting. To further my analytical skills (particularly in regards to investment properties), I attended night school at NCSU and earned my CMA in 1978.

Having worked closely with construction since a teenager, I tested for and earned the NC General Contractors License # 39202 in 1997.
