My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about Alex! He was a recommendation from a realtor friend of ours and actively helped us facilitate buying a house while we were still living in Hawaii. Alex scheduled virtual walkthroughs and meetings with us weekly to discuss our home buying needs and wish lists. Selling your home can be stressful. Selling it as part of divorce can be nerve-racking. Not if you do it with Alex Saenger. Alex took the burden of going through the process off my shoulders while delivering outstanding results. From patiently explaining every step and answering my questions, to promoting the house on social media in his unique and very relatable style, to setting the price right and handling all negotiations, to even carefully and tactfully handling some difficult dynamics between my ex-husband and me, I always felt that my house selling was in good hands and in the right hands. Hey everyone,Alex Saenger and his team of realtors are great , they helped my wife-to-be and I find a lovely townhome in the area we wanted to live.

They helped us from the beginning to the end, after only one phone call we had an introduction meeting with Alex himself the next day. (On a Sunday.) all was questions we had (and more ) where answer in this meeting.

Oh BTW, they will be the only realtor group I’ll use from now on.
