Hi, I’m Alex Coleman — A Gainesville native, a proud dad, and a real estate advisor who takes deep pride in helping people move through life’s transitions with clarity, confidence, and care.

I’ve spent my entire life in Gainesville, and I truly believe there’s nowhere else quite like it. From the trails I run as a distance athlete to the diverse communities I serve, this place reflects everything I love — heart, culture, nature, and connection. It’s what drives me to help others find their place here too.

I am a specialist in North Central Florida, helping all those looking to, sell, invest, and relocate. I specialize in first-time buyers (a true passion of mine), Luxury homes, relocation clients, new construction, and sellers looking to downsize or move onto their next chapter. I also love working with parents of UF students to help them turn housing costs into smart investments — it’s one of the most rewarding ways to serve families navigating college life here.

People who work with me quickly learn that I’m not just here to unlock doors — I’m here to lighten the load. Whether that means taking a call at 2 a.m. from an investor or helping a buyer unpack boxes after closing, I show up with full attention and full heart. My clients know I’m going to give everything I’ve got — not just because it’s my job, but because that’s who I am.

We just need to keep moving forward. I bring calm, structure, and transparency into every part of the process so my clients feel supported, seen, and celebrated — from day one to well after closing.

In my first year, I was named Rookie of the Year at Gainesville’s top-producing brokerage. Since then, I’ve earned the Resiliency Award and Silver or Gold-Level production each year, but the real reward is the trust I’ve built along the way.
