I've lived on three continents and speak Persian ,Turkish and some French. Since 1987 I've been negotiating and consummating transactions from Oregon to our nation's capital and now in California. I look back and realize how good the people were who trained me in the 80s and 90s. I truly owe them a debt of gratitude. I still take notes and follow up deligently.
