Working with Alexander was amazing! I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. The amount of effort and time he put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, he spent his entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, he was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) lol! every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to him. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the right questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts) and he would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. Again, for a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But, Alexander went above and beyond (as I’m positive he does with all of his clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout. Will definitely recommend to any friend, family!!

He answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable in following his guidance. He was receptive to everything I was looking for and showed me properties that I could actually see myself in. Alex helped me find my first apartment without any other roommates. He helped turn this scary experience into something I was incredibly excited for. Alex takes pride in his work, and I could tell that this smaller-profile request was taken as seriously as a closing deal on a major home.

Alex was proactive and engaged with me weekly in the months leading up to my target date, and frequently provided me new and useful data without ANY input from me. He helped guide my search in ways I didn’t consider.

He also was responsive to any question I had, and made sure to dig for the answer - even if it took repeated emails or quick calls. He made sure I was informed on anything I was unsure about.

Lastly, he was diligent and tenacious. Alex made sure to negotiate my rent - something that is rather daunting to a normal tenant. He also was keen on any safety or listing violations that he noticed on visits, and he steered me away from poor housing I could not detect myself.

All in all, Alex’s charisma, diligence, and responsiveness make him an agent I’d love to lean on anytime I’m in the real estate market. A genuinely great guy to interact with and do business with!
