About Alexander

Alexander F. L. Van Grondelle was born in the UK; his father was born in the Dutch East Indies & his mother is English. Travel was part of his upbringing, having lived for 8 years in Bahrain, & visiting many countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, & the USA. After meeting his German born wife, they decided to move to Florida in 1996. Prior to working as a mortgage consultant in the UK, Alex worked in hotel management & put this to use within the travel industry in Florida. During this time he obtained his license to help his real estate endeavors. Having bought his first rental property at age 21, Alexander now owns a number of properties in Florida & Georgia. Through his many contacts worldwide, Alex now assists clients in purchasing properties anywhere in the world. Helping clients personally to relocate, purchase a residence, a second or vacation home in Florida, and through his network of contacts anywhere else.
