As a longtime resident of Phoenixville, Alexander Zay is extremely familiar with the surrounding communities of Chester and Montgomery Counties, and he loves to share his local knowledge with his clients. Alexander has been involved in the real estate business, initially as a real estate investor since 2012, after previously working in the environmental engineering and construction industry for 25 years. Alexander began investing in real estate in 2012, drawing on his past construction management experience. His investment experience includes rehabbing of foreclosed properties and building a portfolio of rental investment properties. Alexander’s experience also includes starting his own business preparing home renovation estimates for prospective investors. This has given him a unique perspective in real estate and enables him to provide that extra step of quality service to help his clients.

Alexander’s background also includes 25 years working as a project manager in the environmental consulting industry. His focus was helping clients find effective solutions for their property's natural resources, built infrastructure, and environmental concerns.
Chester County, where he lives with my wife and three young children, has been my home since 1996. Alexander enjoys spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering at his children’s school.
