After purchasing her first home at just 21 years old, she discovered a passion for real estate that inspired her to make a career change.
Since then, Alex has helped more than 600 families buy and sell homes throughout the Twin Cities and has consistently ranked among the top 1% of Realtors in Minnesota. She is also recognized as the #1 selling agent in Blaine and Anoka County, a distinction that reflects her relentless work ethic, unwavering determination, and genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Following 10 highly successful years in real estate, Alex founded the Alex Murray Real Estate Group with a simple goal; better serve clients while building a team that shares her commitment to exceptional service, communication, and creating an unmatchable client experience. By expanding the team, Alex has been able to help more buyers and sellers navigate important real estate decisions without sacrificing the personalized attention each client deserves.
Beyond her professional path, Alex is married to her husband Derek. They were married on the beautiful beach of Waimanalo Bay Hawaii, and have made it a tradition to visit every five years. Together, they have a son named Maxwell and two very goofy Boxers, Old Man & Richard. The Murrays stay busy year round, spending their summers at the baseball field and their winters on the Jiu-Jitsu mats. The Murrays are avid WWE fans and will happily jump at any excuse to pack their bags and travel to a live event. While Alex never imagined she would become a WWE fan at heart, she appreciates that it’s given her a good excuse to set aside weekly family time. Most of her Monday evenings are now reserved for her boys watching Monday Night RAW.
Alex has a serious passion for health and fitness. Her morning routine is extremely important to her, and she sets the tone for each day by starting it out with sprints or weightlifiting. If you ever want to get Alex pleasantly off track in a conversation, just bring up health and fitness. She will keep the conversation going as long as you let her.
Alex has a unique fascination for Great White Sharks that stems from watching the movie Jaws at a young age. As a result, she has quite the collection of shark memorabilia.
