Alexis enjoyed many successful years in real estate while living on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. She was an associate partner with one of the top firms on the island and went on to be the co-owner and manager of a real estate appraisal firm in downtown Honolulu. Since 1980, she has purchased numerous properties, many of which were developed into small farms, both in Hawaii and Florida.
Her experience in building (both personal residences as an owner-builder and spec homes with contractors), remodeling and subdividing investment properties, condominium development, and management for new project sales and residential single-family homes, has given her a solid platform to build from. This practical knowledge, combined with her extensive background in sales and marketing for the past 45 years, and numerous personal real estate investments, help her to stand out as a real estate professional.
Alexis recognizes that purchasing or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a family makes, not only in terms of the monetary investment, but from an emotional perspective as well. Because of this, she works diligently to ensure a smooth transaction, and strives daily to assist buyers and sellers in accomplishing their real estate goals.
An avid equestrian having competed successfully both in Hawaii and Ocala, Florida, she now spends her free time on the water with her husband Alan, a retired real estate appraiser.
She is a member of the Realtor® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, Florida Realtors®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
