What a pleasure it was working with Alexus and Chad “The Macblain Team” I highly recommend them to handle all of your real estate needs. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and up to date with the housing market. From our first meeting reviewing property sales in my area to making sure everything was ready for closing, Alexus kept us up to date with weekly statistics on how many people were viewing and saving our property listing.

I really appreciate the care they show for the buyer of your home. We were going to request a warranty for the buyer but they already had it as part of their plan. Working with Alexus was genuinely the best decision I made during my home buying AND selling process. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, proactive, very responsive, patient, and organized. I always felt informed and supported. She promptly answered texts and emails. She has such a great work ethic. She demonstrated a strong knowledge of OTOW and the Ocala area. I truly appreciated the professionalism, and guidance provided.

Alexus is a full-time agent, and was very flexible regarding commission. To me, that flexibility spoke volumes about her character and integrity.
Chad, her husband, also did a great job with my home inspection. He was thorough, professional, and informative.

I do not own a car, and Alexus personally drove me from Ocala to Del Webb Orlando for showings, and she and Chad took me down there again for the inspection. Alexus also covered a few inspection items on my behalf, which was thoughtful and appreciated. I loved my personalized closing gift! All of this kindness and commitment meant a lot to me. She even has been checking post-move to see how I have been doing settling in.

I would not hesitate to recommend Alexus & Chad. Their dedication to my satisfaction was evident in how they went out of their way to accommodate me. They are willing to go the extra mile - literally!

Alexus is an exceptional realtor and makes her clients wants and needs a top priority. I made a move from Maui to Ocala and Alexus worked with me long distance (and dealt with a 6 time zone difference) for several months before I could actually make a visit. She was a thorough communicator, via phone, text, email, even FaceTime (she actually set up a home tour via FaceTime in which she even drove me through the neighborhood while on FaceTime) - whatever it took to help me find the perfect home. One in a million--Alexus is unlike any other Realtor I've EVER worked with in my entire life. She literally saved my real property sale transaction less than 48 hours before the Closing Date, additionally considerably saving me from massive amounts of stress, money loss, a simultaneous out-of-state closing loss, an out-of-state move loss, etc. There is literally no way I could have survived without her. Alexus was so "invested" in me, she made me feel like "family" the entire time I worked alongside her. She is extremely conscientious and truly gifted at what she does. I have never experienced such compassion, empathy, understanding, love, loyalty, and devotion all at the same time from a real estate agent, even though I'm a real estate investor and have purchased/sold more than 4 properties within the last 25 years. She will NOT disappoint--she is truly a treasure and an "Angel" to have by your side. You will not regret it--she is "worth" every penny.
