Alfonso is the founder of Nest International Realty. He started Nest International with another goal in mind that many other real estate brokerages forget, he focuses on the agents themselves. He specializes in the vibrant South Florida neighborhoods of Miami. He previously was with Avanti Way and in 2014, Alfonso was named a top producer in Avanti Way. Previously, Alfonso was a project lead Architect at AECOM in various locations around the country for seven years as well as a Realtor Associate with Worldwide Properties (One Sotheby’s International) in Miami Beach. He was also the sole proprietor of Alfonso Llanes & Associates Developer and an architect for the Presidency of Nicaragua. Alfonso holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a master’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Miami’s Coral Gables and Rome, Italy campuses giving him the tools to be able give clients the necessary advice when buying or selling a home. His experience in architecture around the United States (Miami, Charlotte, Chicago, and Los Angeles) as well as internationally gives him the professional edge clients are looking for when buying or selling a property.
