Real estate and Al LaPeter found and fell in love with each other in the early 70’s, and after two years as a Realtor he became a broker and founded his own brokerage with, eventually, eight offices and hundreds of agents working for him. His real estate journey has included being a property developer building custom high-end homes and owning and managing apartment complexes and shopping centers in multiple states. After moving to Sun Valley, Idaho in the late 80’s, he purchased the Coldwell Banker brokerage and sold many multimillion dollar homes to clients on the Forbes 400 List, the entertainment industry, Silicon Valley, and many others. In the 80’s he presented advanced real estate training across the U.S. for many years. He has negotiated billions of dollars in value of real estate and that experience will benefit you in the sale of your property. He is more than just a Realtor, he is a consultant for all your real estate needs.
