Al got hooked on real estate at the college level and pursued additional graduate-level studies, obtaining designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Commercial Investment Member, and Graduate of the Realtor Institute of the National Association of Realtors. These designations reflect Al's commitment as a real estate professional to provide the highest level of service based on a comprehensive educational foundation. Al loves doing deals. Over the last 40 years, Al has sold more than 500 single-family homes both in California and Colorado, representing both sellers and buyers. In commercial realty, Al has sold and leased hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial and investment real estate. Additionally, Al has owned and managed a portfolio of investment properties, including single-family homes and apartment buildings.
