I wasn't sure where to start in terms of realtors so one of my friends had recommended Alfredo to me. I had a list of things we wanted in a home but weren't sure where exactly so we expected our realtor be patient and knowledgeable about the processes, neighborhoods, home values, etc. He absolutely met and exceeded those expectations. What impressed us the most about Alfredo was his knowledge and his honesty. He wasn't trying to sell us just anything and he was patient in helping us find the right fit. I will definitely be recommending Alfredo to friends.

Choosing to use Alfredo for the second time, this time with home-buying, was as sound a decision as it was when we chose him to sell our home. Alfredo was patient with us as we searched for our perfect family home, provided prompt and clear communication between ourselves and the seller’s agent, proved a very able negotiator by getting us a great home at a great price, and taking care of all the foot work and paper-shuffling. Thanks to Alfredo, my husband and I were able to find a house within our budget on which we could both agree that also checked all of our boxes and, to top it off, we were able to close the deal in days. Thank you, Alfredo, for making this happen! A year and a half in, and we can’t imagine ourselves anywhere better.
